1. 我们收集哪些信息

1.1 不主动收集个人信息

当前版本不会要求你提供姓名、电话号码、电子邮箱、身份证件、支付信息或其他用于识别你身份的个人信息，也不提供用户注册、登录或社交账号绑定功能。

1.2 你主动输入或生成的内容

你可以在应用中输入随机数字参数、名单、昵称、编号前后缀等内容，并生成随机数字、抽签结果、密码和编号。上述内容仅用于完成相应功能，并在本机内存或应用私有存储中处理。

如果你主动点击“保存至历史”“保存记录”或保存名单，相关文本会保存在本机应用空间，供你在应用内查看、复制、删除或清空。

1.3 头像与应用设置

当前版本提供本地预置头像图标。你选择的头像编号、昵称、主题模式、语言、生成动画和震动反馈等偏好设置仅保存在本机，不会上传给我们。

1.4 剪贴板、震动与设备权限

只有当你主动点击复制按钮时，应用才会将对应结果写入系统剪贴板。剪贴板由你的操作系统管理，其他应用是否可以读取剪贴板取决于操作系统及其权限机制。

如果你开启震动反馈，应用仅调用系统提供的触觉反馈能力，不读取或上传设备信息。当前版本不请求定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录、照片、文件、蓝牙、通知或广告跟踪权限。

1.5 设备、使用和崩溃数据

我们没有在当前版本集成第一方或第三方广告、统计分析、行为跟踪、崩溃报告或用户画像 SDK。我们不会主动收集广告标识符、IP 地址、详细使用记录或崩溃日志。

应用商店、操作系统提供商或设备制造商可能按照其自身隐私政策处理下载、安装、安全、诊断或设备运行信息。这些处理不由我们控制。

2. 我们如何使用信息

由于当前版本不在服务器上收集或保存你的个人信息，我们不会将你的信息用于广告、个性化画像、自动化决策或营销。应用内处理仅限于：

• 按照你提供的参数生成随机数字、密码和编号；
• 根据你提供的名单完成抽签并管理本轮已抽取条目；
• 在本机保存和显示历史记录、名单、昵称、头像及界面偏好；
• 响应你主动发起的复制、删除、清空和设置操作；以及
• 提供、维护和改进应用的核心功能。

3. 信息共享、转移和披露

我们不会出售、出租、交易或向第三方分享你的输入内容、生成结果、名单、历史记录或个人信息。当前版本不接入广告平台、统计分析平台、社交登录、云存储、推送通知或支付服务。

如法律要求我们配合司法机关、监管机构或其他有权机关，我们只会披露实际持有且法律要求披露的信息，并在适用法律允许的范围内采取合理措施保护你的权益。由于当前版本不在服务器保存你的个人信息，通常没有可供我们披露的用户个人数据。

4. 信息存储、安全与删除

名单、历史记录、昵称、头像和设置保存在应用的本地私有存储中。应用生成的随机数字、密码和编号默认只在本机处理。我们不会将这些内容上传到服务器。

你可以在应用内删除单条历史、批量清空历史、删除名单或重置相关内容，也可以通过系统设置清除应用数据或卸载应用。清除或卸载后，相关本地数据可能无法恢复。

我们采用与应用功能和风险相适应的安全措施，但任何电子存储系统都无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保护你的设备解锁凭据，并避免在不受信任的设备上保存敏感密码。

如果你启用了操作系统的设备备份功能，应用本地数据可能被纳入备份范围，具体取决于你的系统、设备和备份设置。此类备份由相应的操作系统或云服务提供商按照其自身政策处理。

5. 你的权利

在适用法律规定的范围内，你可能享有知情、访问、更正、删除、限制处理、反对处理、撤回同意以及投诉等权利。

当前版本没有用户账户，也不在我们的服务器保存个人信息，因此通常不存在需要我们从服务器访问、更正或删除的账户数据。你可以直接在应用中管理本地名单和历史，或通过清除应用数据、卸载应用来移除本地数据。如有疑问，请通过下方联系方式联系我们。

6. 第三方服务和内容

当前版本不集成第三方广告、统计分析、社交登录、地图、支付、云服务或远程内容 SDK。应用所需的功能和界面资源随应用本地提供。

应用商店、操作系统、设备制造商及系统剪贴板等基础服务可能按照其自身条款和隐私政策处理相关技术信息。使用这些基础服务时，请同时查看相应服务提供方的隐私政策。

如果未来增加联网功能、第三方链接、第三方 SDK 或其他数据处理方式，我们会在适用法律要求的范围内更新本政策，并在必要时取得你的同意。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用不是专门面向儿童设计的。我们不会明知地收集儿童的个人信息。如果家长或监护人认为儿童通过本应用向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下方联系方式联系我们，我们会根据适用法律采取适当措施。

1. Information We Collect

1.1 No personal information actively collected

The current version does not ask you to provide your name, telephone number, email address, identity documents, payment details, or other information that identifies you. The App does not provide user registration, sign-in, or social-account linking.

1.2 Information you enter or generate

You may enter random-number parameters, lists, a nickname, and ID prefixes or suffixes, and generate random numbers, draw results, passwords, and IDs. This content is processed in the App’s memory or private local storage solely to provide the relevant features.

If you actively select “Save to history,” “Save record,” or save a list, the related text is stored locally on your device so that you can view, copy, delete, or clear it in the App.

1.3 Avatar and App settings

The current version provides locally bundled avatar icons. Your selected avatar index, nickname, theme mode, language, generation animation, and haptic-feedback preferences are stored locally and are not uploaded to us.

1.4 Clipboard, haptics, and device permissions

Only when you actively tap a copy button does the App write the corresponding result to the system clipboard. The clipboard is managed by your operating system; whether other apps can access it depends on the operating system and its permission mechanisms.

If you enable haptic feedback, the App only invokes the haptic capability provided by the operating system and does not read or upload device information. The current version does not request permission for location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, Bluetooth, notifications, or advertising tracking.

1.5 Device, usage, and crash data

We have not integrated first-party or third-party advertising, analytics, behavioral-tracking, crash-reporting, or profiling SDKs in the current version. We do not actively collect advertising identifiers, IP addresses, detailed usage records, or crash logs.

App stores, operating-system providers, or device manufacturers may process download, installation, security, diagnostic, or device-operation information under their own privacy policies. Such processing is outside our control.

2. How We Use Information

Because the current version does not collect or retain your personal information on our servers, we do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing. Processing within the App is limited to:

• Generating random numbers, passwords, and IDs from the parameters you provide;
• Conducting draws from your lists and managing entries already drawn in the current round;
• Storing and displaying local history, lists, nickname, avatar, and interface preferences;
• Responding to copy, delete, clear, and settings actions that you initiate; and
• Providing, maintaining, and improving the App’s core functionality.

3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your inputs, generated results, lists, history, or personal information with third parties. The current version does not integrate advertising platforms, analytics platforms, social sign-in, cloud storage, push notifications, or payment services.

If we are legally required to cooperate with a court, regulator, or other competent authority, we will disclose only information we actually hold and only to the extent required by applicable law, taking reasonable steps to protect your rights where permitted. Because the current version does not store your personal information on our servers, there is generally no user personal data available for us to disclose.

4. Storage, Security, and Deletion

Lists, history, nickname, avatar, and settings are stored in the App’s private local storage. Random numbers, passwords, and IDs are generated on the device. We do not upload this content to a server.

You can delete individual history records, clear all history, delete lists, or reset related content in the App. You can also clear the App’s data through system settings or uninstall the App. After clearing or uninstalling, related local data may not be recoverable.

We apply safeguards appropriate to the App’s functionality and risk, but no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your device credentials and avoid storing sensitive passwords on an untrusted device.

If operating-system backup is enabled, the App’s local data may be included in a backup, depending on your system, device, and backup settings. Such backups are handled by the relevant operating-system or cloud-service provider under its own policies.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to be informed, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint.

The current version has no user accounts and does not retain personal information on our servers. There is therefore generally no account data for us to access, correct, or delete on a server. You can manage local lists and history in the App, or remove local data by clearing App data or uninstalling the App. Please contact us using the details below if you have questions.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

The current version does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social sign-in, mapping, payment, cloud-service, or remote-content SDKs. The functionality and interface resources required by the App are provided locally with the App.

App stores, operating systems, device manufacturers, and basic services such as the system clipboard may process related technical information under their own terms and privacy policies. Please review the policies of those providers when using their services.

If we add online features, third-party links, third-party SDKs, or other data practices in the future, we will update this Policy as required by applicable law and obtain consent where necessary.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us through the App, please contact us using the details below. We will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in App functionality, applicable laws, or our data practices. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a prominent notice in the App, on the app-store listing, or through another reasonable channel. The updated Policy takes effect on the effective date shown on this page.
